Online entertainment company Fandango released the new VIP loyalty program -- a way for consumers to receive $6 in credits for every four tickets purchased online through the company's website.
With the goal to drive more consumers into movie theaters, the brand created an advanced ticketing method that offers a four-month promotion for the summer. The $6 can be used towards all three of Fandango's brands including the self-titled Fandango website that offers online ticket purchasing, FandangoNOW, a pay-as-you-go streaming service and the Fandango FanShop, an online retailer that offers movie collectables and memorabilia.
The new VIP loyalty program is available now for current and new members -- Offering the aforementioned $6 rewards, 150 VIP+ points for every ticket as well as rewards in the form of streaming movies for every 600 points earned.
