KFC U.S. Introduces a New Loyalty Program for Frequent Shoppers

KFC U.S. unveils its latest innovation: the KFC Rewards program. This program offers customers an enticing opportunity to earn points and unlock exclusive perks, especially if they are regular customers. Through the Rewards account accessible via the KFC app or website, patrons can effortlessly accrue points with every eligible dollar spent on orders.

Members of the rewards program earn 10 points for each qualifying dollar spent. These points can then be redeemed for an array of enticing rewards from KFC's Secret Recipe Vault, which will be regularly updated. Members also access personalized offers, including discounts and complimentary menu items.

To add excitement, members can participate in rotating challenges, such as ordering specific menu items, to earn additional points and exclusive offers. As a special incentive at launch, new program sign-ups are treated to a buy-one-get-one-free Smash’d Potato Bowl, featuring a delectable combination of mashed potatoes, Secret Recipe fries, cheese sauce, bacon crumbles, and a three-cheese blend.
