CKE Restaurants, Inc., the parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, has announced the launch of an all-new loyalty program called My Rewards, which will be available through both brands' apps.
To promote the new program, Carl's Jr. and Hardee's will offer customers a series of promotions during sign-up. For example, upon signing up for My Rewards, guests will be given the option to receive their choice of a free Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich, Western Bacon Cheeseburger, or Famous Star. The program itself will operate on a points-based system that rewards restaurant guests with 'Stars.' For every dollar a customer spends they will receive 10 Stars. Once accumulated, the Stars work to unlock free food options, which are organized into three pre-set levels.
“In today’s digital-first age, we want to reward our loyal customers in a fun and engaging way that brings crave-able flavors to their fingertips and offers the VIP treatment while encouraging new guests to sign up as well,” says Chad Crawford, CBO of CKE Restaurants.
