Jollibee Launched its First Rewards Program 'Jolly Points'

The Jolly Points rewards program from Jollibee is the company's first-ever loyalty program, launched in October 2024. Members earn 10 points for every dollar spent, both online and in-store. These points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including free menu items, exclusive members-only deals, and delightful surprises. As an added incentive, members receive a free pie on their birthday and can earn 200 bonus points by referring friends and family to the program. The program aims to enhance customer loyalty by offering tangible rewards for frequent visits and purchases.

To celebrate the launch, Jollibee is offering a $5 discount on orders over $35 for new members who sign up before November 15, 2024. The rewards program is designed to foster a sense of community among Jollibee's customers, who are referred to as "Jollibee Friends". By joining the program, customers can enjoy a more personalized and rewarding experience, with opportunities to save on their favorite menu items and participate in special promotions. The program is accessible through the Jollibee website and in-store, making it easy for customers to earn and redeem Jolly Points.
