The KFC Free Bucket On Us campaign has been announced by the brand as a digital promotion perfect for value-minded consumers to take advantage of. The promotion will be on offer through the brand's website and app, and is part of the brand's Comeback Plan that encourages consumers who haven't patronized the QSR chain in a while to do so this summer. The deal will offer customers their choice of either a complimentary eight-piece bucket of fried chicken or chicken tenders with online orders of $15 or more.

President Catherine Tan-Gillespie commented on the The KFC Free Bucket On Us campaign saying, "We’re well aware of the latest fried chicken rankings and I’m fired up to launch a bold Kentucky Fried Comeback and remind America exactly who we are."
