OpenTable Announced Updates to its 'OpenTable Regulars'

OpenTable has introduced an enhanced version of its loyalty program, 'OpenTable Regulars,' designed to reward diners and support restaurant engagement. The program, free to all users, allows members to earn 100 points per completed reservation, with select bookings offering up to 1,000 points.

In select markets, points can be redeemed for prepaid 'Experiences' such as prix-fixe menus or wine tastings, while U.S. diners may apply points directly toward their restaurant checks. Points can also be exchanged for Amazon gift cards in multiple regions, including the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.

A new 'Gold Status' tier recognizes frequent diners completing six reservations in 12 months. Benefits include "early access to last-minute openings through Priority Notify Me and six months of complimentary Uber One membership in select countries, enhancing both convenience and loyalty value."
