Although there are a growing number of vegan milk alternatives appearing on grocery store shelves, there have been few replacements developed to replace specific types of dairy milk like whole, skimmed and partially skimmed varieties. To fill this void in the market, Rebel Kitchen is now introducing its Dairy Free Organic Mylk in Skimmed, Semi Skimmed and Whole varieties.
These vegan milk alternatives were developed to help consumers shop for milk substitutes by fat content, as each one features a different amount of coconut cream. As Rebel Kitchen's commercial director Adam Thompson puts it: "Never before have consumers been able to shop this category like the traditional dairy aisle."
This trio of alternative milk products is set to disrupt the dairy category in the same way that plant-based meat products are challenging the meat industry.
