The Uniqlo Ginza by Wonderwall Inc. is a clothing shop that highlights the concept of transparent design. Located in the heart of Tokyo, this bold retail space features an optically deceiving facade that towers over a busy street.
The stacked glass structure appears to hold six large stories at first glance but reveals to house 12 smaller levels. Tricking those passing it by, this awe-inspiring retail space is the opposite of traditional.
Designer Masamichi Katayama and his team aimed to create a space reflective of the UNIQLO brand.
