Ukrainian design firm Between the Walls has completed the One by One boutique design with padded surfaces and aluminum panels. There is also a circular ball pit inside the location in the Lavina Mall. The interiors can be described as minimal and futuristic with a blend of white, powder blue, and metallic tones that evoke a sense of joy and lightness.
Lead designer of the project, Victoria Karieva notes, "This project was a personal reception of the opposing emotions I've been feeling due to the ongoing war in Ukraine. Through the concept of the interactive pool and playful design elements, we wanted to offer an escape – a place where people could experience joy, ease, and a sense of distraction, even if just for a short while."
