Slim Ceramic Washbasins

Toan Nguyen Creates the Saphirkeramik Basin with a Thin Aesthetic

Toan Nguyen has come up with a thin design for the Saphirkeramik washbasin made for LAUFEN. The ceramic mold is extremely slim, making it look like a very modern design.

Saphirkeramik technologies allows creatives to build items like washbasins into slim designs, more so than the average product. As such, Toan Nguyen managed to shave an extra couple of inches off the original design of this washbasin, making it even more modern looking.

Most basins consist of quite thick materials, due to the type of ceramic used and the fear that anything thinner would break far too easily. Toan Nguyen has managed to overcome this difficulty with his latest washbasin, proving it to be an innovative design in an area that many people do not want to push when it comes to drafting.
