Famed Las Vegas hotel The Venetian recently debuted a new ad that moves away from the glitz and glamour of the Vegas strip and instead celebrates the individuality that each visitor brings with them. The campaign is not only a departure from more traditional Las Vegas advertisements, but it is also a move towards more modern hospitality marketing that caters to the individual and their unique experience.
In the ad titled 'Come as You Are,' a number of quirky visitors are seen dancing in front of equally whimsical backgrounds. The ad is tied together with a song by Italian singer Mina, which helps to convey The Venetian's authentic Italian experience.
The ad ultimately moves beyond focusing on the glamorous clientele that come to visit Las Vegan to celebrate all kinds of guests. As The Venetian's CMO Lisa Marchese explains, "we can be optimistic, inclusive, really likeable and celebrate the guests that are coming to Las Vegas."
