The Jam Stand is a Brooklyn, New York-based shop that creates deliciously experimental fruit preserves that would spice up any breakfast table. From pairing onions with wine to raspberries with jalapeños and bananas sprinkled with rum and lime, the masterminds behind the name aren't afraid to get a little creative with their tasty concoctions.
Founded by Jessica Quon and Sabrina Valle, The Jam Stand is currently making waves with its Not Just Peachy, Sriracha Jam. Quan tells Cool Hunting, "We came up with the idea of Peach Sriracha Jam when we met our friend [and fellow Brooklynite] Jolene, founder of Jojo's Sriracha, at a market we were both at." According to the website, they have even come up with a Peach Sriracha fried chicken recipe.
