Australis Aquaculture Expands Its The Better Fish Line

The Better Fish is the name of Australis Aquaculture's flagship line of frozen Fair-Trade-certified Barramundi. Following the success of this health-focused and convenient food range, the brand is debuting two new flavor varieties to be rolled out Nationwide in 2022. The two new options that consumers can choose from include Better Fish Tuscan Herb Butter and Crispy Fish Tenders. These two flavors are joining the already extremely popular Lemon Herb Butter and Garlic Teriyaki.

Australis Aquaculture is known as "the world's leading producer of Barramundi," which is a white fish that is experiencing exponential growth in the US. The Tuscan Herb Butter Barramundi features individually wrapped Barramundi portions, glazed in "buttery tomato, garlic, and chive sauce." The Better Fish Crispy Fish Tenders, on the other hand, boat lightly breaded Barramundi pieces.
