The SUYO Exploratory Series Shares Unique Varietals & Methods

Finding unique piscos in limited quantities means that SUYO can't introduce the novel spirits to its core lineup, which led to the birth of the SUYO Exploratory Series. Rather than only introducing piscos to friends and family for local consumption, co-founders Alex Hildebrandt and Ian Leggett created a series to share rare and exclusive spirits from unique varietals, regions, and production methods.

Releases from the SUYO Exploratory Series are expected to be less than 200 bottles. The first three include a 2015 vintage Mosto Verde pisco from the Italia grape variety, SUYO's interpretation of what pisco was like 500 years ago and a third that's technically not a pisco because it rested in wood, which invited more freedom and creativity into the process.
