Sushi is a cuisine notorious for having multiple dishes and plates in the mix, so the Bamboo Sushi Tray is designed to solve this problem. Crafted from eco-friendly bamboo wood, the tray features a section for keeping maki beautifully organized. The top left corner features a divot for keeping soy sauce, while the top section features two additional divots for pickled ginger and wasabi.

The Bamboo Sushi Tray is handcrafted in Brooklyn by Diane Ruengsorn of the Domestic Aesthetic, which speaks to the products organic nature and flow. It reimagines the traditional preparation of sushi in individual dishes as an all-in-one experience more akin to the western lifestyle.

The tray is finished with a beeswax coating to make it ready for continued sushi lunches or dinners for one.
