Bjarke Ingels Group has well and truly outdone itself with the construction of its latest and greatest super-tall skyscraper, aptly called 'The Spiral' and situated in Manhattan, New York City.
Built with an extraordinary budget of $3.7 billion, this super-tall skyscraper's most distinct aspect revolves around the twisting green terraces that line the increasing elevation of the building. These terraces will make it possible for office users on every floor to enjoy some outdoor space without having to descend down to terrestrial heights.
With a total interior floor space of over 2.8 million square feet, this super-tall skyscraper is expected to dedicate most of its real estate to office space, with retail space set to be made available on lower floors.
Measuring in at over 1,000 feet in height, this super-tall skyscraper is set to add further lore and legend to the venerated Manhattan skyline.
