Stoner-Themed Toasted Sub Shops

Cheba Hut's Midlothian location Opens in Virginia

Cheba Hut's 'Toasted' Subs is opening its first Virginia location in Midlothian, bringing its cannabis-inspired sandwich shop format to Chesterfield County. The spot sits at 1124 Steam Ave. and is set to open on Sept. 25.

Inside, the restaurant pairs toasted subs with bar drinks and patio seating. A 12-tap bar anchors the space, and the menu spans more than 30 signature subs in Nug, Pinner and Blunt sizes. Favorites include White Widow, Kali Mist, Dank and Griefo, along with pretzel nugs, garlic cheese bread, Krispy Bars, cookies and a Kool-Aid bar.

The new location gives local diners a place to grab a sub, a pint and a hangout-friendly setting in one stop. With a mural filled with Virginia references and a collaboration sandwich tied to a local brewery, it leans into experience as much as food. That blend of themed design and easygoing comfort fits the kind of casual, social dining many consumers want now.
