Pizza-Inspired Sandwich Menus

Mellow Mushroom's New Sandwich Lineup Features 8 Options

The Atlanta-based pizza brand Mellow Mushroom is following in the footsteps of brands like Papa John's and testing a new sandwich lineup.

Available for a limited time at locations in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee, Mellow Mushroom's new sandwich lineup features eight sandwiches inspired by the chain's signature pizzas. As Dave Woolley, Head of Culinary at Mellow Mushroom, explains, "We took the same creative spirit behind our pizzas with layered ingredients, unexpected combinations and craveable sauces, and reimagined them into sandwiches and wraps that feel both familiar and totally new."

Standouts from the new sandwich lineup include the Sweet Heat Jerk Chick, featuring jerk chicken and pineapple, and the Italian Deluxe, piled high with salami, honey ham, and pepperoni.

The sandwiches are available now through July 7th, with the possibility of rolling out at other Mellow Mushroom locations permanently in the future.
