The Domo Sound Screen System Playfully Keeps Noise Pollution at Bay

— November 3, 2014 — Art & Design
This multifunctional sound screen is a designer solution to absorbing sound. Designed by Stefan Borselius for Abstracta, Domo is a hyper functional and esthetically pleasing system that absorbs sound while also providing a visual element in the work place.

For improved sound absorption, the Domo screens can be placed on top of one another. This is ideal in small or open concept areas. The sound screen comes in a variety of bright hues and sizes and comes with a lacquered metal band for scribbled notes and holding penholders and shelves. Making its debut at Orgatec in Cologne soon, Domo's "dynamic visual expression arises in the interplay with the light and shadows formed by the bevelled edges."
