In an effort to get rid of sexism in the workplace, this website includes measurement tools enabling employees to anonymously review their companies' treatment of women workers. Like Tripadvisor for the office, InHerSight is a crowdsourced platform that not only flags unequal treatment, but also acts as a preventative measure for female job seekers.
Anyone (men included) can rate their employer and how their company ranks in terms of personal, career and family metrics. By measuring sexism in the workplace, InHerSight intends to hold businesses accountable and have them ultimately create family-friendly and productivity-increasing policy change and introduce corporate initiatives. The scalable, actionable and worker-driven measurement encourages continuous accountability that will result in more gender equality and diversity. They also aim to offer women better support.
