Empowering Online Schools

School of Doodle is a Free Online Highschool to Empower Young Girls

The School of Doodle is a free online highschool that's designed to help young girls develop their voices and empower themselves while empowering others. The "by girls, for girls" nature of the school is designed to support young girls, as many art programs are being cut from schools. As a result of fostering imagination and creativity, studies have shown that kids are more likely to stay in school longer as well as have more confidence in themselves.

Part of the School of Doodle philosophy is for girls to be loud. While the project is still being backed on Kickstarter, it's already received support from some influential women like Yoko Ono, Courtney Love, Kim Gordon and Sarah Silverman.
