Smoking accessory and lifestyle company HARA Brands has announced a collaboration between its Hemper and 40 Tons, a Black, woman-owned cannabis brand, to launch a limited release of ten rolling trays. he trays feature artwork depicting individuals incarcerated for nonviolent cannabis charges and bears the hashtag #FreeTheCannabisPrisoners. The collaboration aims to raise awareness about the impact of cannabis prohibition, and a portion of the proceeds will be directed towards communities affected by nonviolent cannabis charges. The artwork on the rolling trays was originally created as an NFT by 40 Tons co-founder Anthony Alegrete.
