Perfect for the warm summer days ahead, the new Rodeo Burger is a tasty take on a barbeque classic. The new burger starts with a 1/3-pound charbroiled burger patty, layered with the brand's new extra-crispy bacon strips, thinly sliced red onion, onion rings, melted American cheese, and tangy BBQ sauce, all served on a soft brioche bun. The Rodeo Burger can also be ordered with a second patty for an even heartier meal. As Garrett Kern, Portillo’s VP of Strategy and Culinary, says of the new menu addition, "We’ve also got one of the best burgers out there.
