The Regional Blood Centre by FAAB Architektura is an artery inspired architecture piece that highlights the importance of blood donation.
"According to the World Health Organisation, the rate of blood donation in Poland is a third lower on average than in the rest of Europe." Located in the heart of Racibórz, this crimson-hued structure aims to change the revealing statistic and features a design that mimics scientific diagrams on a human blood stream.
Warsaw-based architecture firm FAAB designed the vivid Regional Blood Centre structure that boasts curviliner forms and striking interior views. The institutional space rejects tradition and features an eye-catching design that is nothing short of spectacular. Moreover, the building encourages blood donation in its native Poland and follows modern design principles.
