Tocaya Red Pozole is Arriving This Holiday Season

— November 21, 2025 — Lifestyle
The Tocaya Red Pozole soup has been announced by the Mexican cuisine restaurant chain as a comforting, cold weather-approved menu item for diners to try out this season.

The traditional soup boasts layers of shredded chicken Tinga along with hominy, radish, cabbage and chile to maximize flavor, which is all placed into a base of chicken broth. The stew comes finished with cilantro, onion and lime to help cut the flavors perfectly and achieve the perfect balance. The menu item will be offered in a cup or bowl, or for pairing with a Taco or Torta Combo.

The Tocaya Red Pozole soup is arriving alongside the return of the brand's Sweet Corn Tamales and will see both items on the menu through January 6, 2025.
