Warming Tex-Mex Soups

gusto! is Serving Up Bowls of Southwest Poblano Soup This Season

The Atlanta-based fast-casual bowl and wrap concept, gusto!, recently unveiled a new Southwest Poblano Soup for the winter season.

Available beginning on December 10th, gusto!'s new Southwest Poblano Soup will be available exclusively from the brand's Chamblee location on Peachtree Blvd. The warm and hearty Tex-Mex soup combines roasted poblano peppers with zesty tomatillos and tender hominy, all simmered together with aromatic spices like garlic, cilantro, and oregano. You can also add a scoop of brown rice for some extra protein. As gusto! Founder & CEO Nate Hybl puts it, "gusto! is excited about this latest addition to the menu and believes it’ll quickly become a guest favorite. The Southwest Poblano Soup is a hearty and healthy option to keep guests warm during these cold months.”
