The eco invention transforms food waste into a renewable and odor-free cooking gas you can safely use at home. The environmentally friendly kit is a way to reduce carbon waste at home and also for households to conveniently generate their own gas for cooking. The updated biogas digester is described as "a new biogas appliance that will enable families around the world to cook on renewable energy" as well as an affordable and efficient method for recycling food scraps into energy. To use, you simply feed organic waste into the machine, where it is broken down to create and store biogas that is then transferred to the kitchen.
