The FoodCycler Maestro is a compact countertop appliance developed with transforming food waste into nutrient-dense compost for a wide range of uses within the home or garden. The unit has a five-liter capacity that's capable of reducing food waste by 90% by weight and volume without producing any odors when in operation. The unit consumes 1.5kWh of electricity per cycle to make it a minimally invasive piece of equipment for consumers to keep on their countertop.

The FoodCycler Maestro has a series of LED indicators that will deliver real-time feedback related to how long is left on the cycle. The unit has a refillable filter that utilizes carbon pellets and also boasts a nonstick bucket for easy cleaning.
