The 'Bio Heater' by Unichest is Movable and Powered by Waste Oils

The 'Bio Heater' is a minimalist, movable heater designed with the Asian market in mind to provide a decidedly cleaner alternative to coal-fired and kerosene heaters for the home.

The unit maintains a movable design thanks to its two-wheel construction and can be shifted around much like a wheelbarrow. The unit makes use of waste cooking oil, animal fat, coffee oil and any other unneeded oils to make it a cost-effective and more eco-friendly alternative to existing solutions on the market.

The 'Bio Heater' is the design work of Cho Sunghwan, Lee Sooyeol, Park Yeongeun, Yang Sihoon and Lee Hyunju at Unichest, and has been designed for Flint Lab. The heater is designed in several distinct color options to keep consumers interested including silver, black and orange.
