This stunning example of time-lapse photography is the handiwork of Rawbeee Visual. Created as part of a project for the visual wizard’s digital media class, the astonishingly vivid and vibrant piece is centered around the two words evolution and change. In addition to the two photoshopped images featuring these verbal expressions, Rawbeee Visual also created a short video illustrating the essence of the two words.
Rawbeee Visual captures the only constant in life beautifully, taking his viewer on a complex odyssey of everyday elements as they seemingly change at the speed of light. Following the deconstruction of an increasingly worn out pair of jeans, the fast-paced flourishing of greenery and the progress of a sultry sun as it makes its way across the sky, this video is encapsulates the rapid movement of modern culture and creates a clever juxtaposition with the more relaxed evolutions found in nature. The stylistically jerky imagery is the perfect companion to the jazzy and erratic notes of the video’s soundtrack, which features the song ‘Music is Mine’ by Nujabes.
