If you're for some reason not a fan of traditional dough-based pizza crusts, consider this Ramen Crust Pizza, which substitutes the dough for Ramen noodles. Ramen-infused foods have ranged from burgers to tacos, and pizzas were bound to come next.

J. Kenji Lopez-Alt at Serious Eats created this masterpiece. Kenji notes that the preparation and cooking time takes a total of 30 minutes and can be crated with basic ingredients: Ramen noodles, olive oil, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, pizza sauce and any additional toppings of your choice. Kenji notes that it looks like pizza and tastes like pizza, but is certainly not pizza. I suppose that depends on how one defines 'pizza.'
