Inspired by the fact that Smithfield's meat products come pre-seasoned, Dudefoods set out to create Teriyaki Pork Fries. Although the meat could easily be served as-is after cooking, Dudefoods found that the simplicity of the cut of pork demanded special treatment.
Despite having the look and feel of a thick french fry under all that breading, you won't find a potato in sight. Instead, the square strips of pork are coated in a wash of egg and panko breadcrumbs before bring cooked. Continuing the Asian-inspired theme, the dipping sauce paired with this meal is a spicy Sriracha mayonnaise. Although fries are typically set on the side of a plate to accompany another main food item, Dudefoods' pork fries recipe is filling enough to be the star of any meal.
