Malibu Poke is a quick-service restaurant know for its fresh, high-quality poke bowls. Now the chain is borrowing a little bit from Mexican cuisine with its new Poke Tacos. Designed as a unique alternative to a traditional poke bowl, the new tacos consist of crispy seaweed shells filled with rice, and other ingredients such as spicy shrimp, ahi tuna, edamame, and crispy garlic. As Malibu Poke founder Jon Alexis explains, "They are not only filling but also incredibly affordable especially considering the high-quality product we always use."
