Ahh, bridges. They connect our lives in so many ways. They bring together different cultures and fuse the old with the new. The Pasarela del Postiguet Bridge has done exactly that by being an ultra modern piece of architecture in a historical district of an old city.
Located in the coastal town of Alicante, Spain, the Pasarela del Postiguet Bridge was designed by BGStudio and serves the purpose of connecting the historical center with the popular beach promenade. The bridge is built from transparent plastic composites and will feature LED lighting to further enhance its futuristic look.
