Chocolatey Cookie Spreads

Chef Dominique Ansel Has Created the World's First Oreo Cookie Spread

Chef Dominique Ansel, the creator of the cronut among many other tasty treats, is the person behind Oreo cookie spread. The spread was created in partnership with Nabisco and is designed to recreate the taste and look of the iconic cookie. It consists of chocolate ganache, milk ganache, and cookie crumbles. The best news about the Oreo cookie spread is that Ansel will be giving it away for free.

The giveaway will take place at Dominique Ansel Bakery, located in the SoHo neighborhood of New York, on June 10th and 11th. The Oreo cookie spread was created to help drum up interest in a social media competition Nabisco is running, #MyOreoCreation. The company is asking fans to create their own new Oreo flavor. A lucky few will see their flavors hit store shelves and win a cool $500,000.
