It’s always interesting to come across a photo shoot with a theme such as the Ones2Watch Asylum editorial. Although the styling and photo techniques are important, I love to focus on the backstory of such spreads. This fashion photo series follows a beautiful yet disturbed young woman who has been institutionalized for seeing what appears to be hallucinations of a little girl.

Photographed by United Kingdom-born Lee Cropper, the Ones2Watch Asylum photo shoot features Premier model Keshia. Styled by Tena Strok, the editorial is set to appear in the magazine’s 10th issue. I particularly appreciate the depth of field used, the glass overlay and haziness; these elements further express the suffering this model is going through in the Ones2Watch Asylum editorial.
