Colorado's One Love Club Combines Offers Pot-centric Yoga Classes

In an effort to offer a more blissful yoga experience, a Colorado studio called One Love Club has begun offering cannabis-friendly yoga classes. Designed to bring the "body and mind in closer alignment," the marijuana-centric yoga classes offer smokers a new way to approach wellness.

One Love Club is a Colorado-based non-profit and Rastafarian wellness center that offers yoga classes multiple times per week. However, these classes are slightly different than the fitness-forward classes offered by other studios. Instead, yogis at One Love Club are encouraged to incorporate the drug into their practice in order to enhance their consciousness and deepen their practice. As the non-profit's founder and director Heather Hart explains, "the ganja really helps loosen things up and helps you relax so you can get deeper into your practice."

By incorporating cannabis into its yoga classes, One Love Club demonstrates the growing impact of marijuana on the wellness industry.
