CNC Steel Stools

The OG—NM301 is a Stainless Steel Stool

OG—NM301 is a stainless steel stool designed by Andrea Ferrari for NM3 and QuadroDesign. Developed through years of research into lightweight metal structures, the design combines aeronautical engineering principles with tube-bending techniques commonly used in the cycling industry. CNC-machined from stainless steel, the stool features a solid-machined joint that connects the seat and legs while concealing all fastening systems. Its minimalist construction emphasizes structural efficiency, precision manufacturing, and long-term durability for both indoor and outdoor use.

Designed for versatile everyday applications, the stool is suitable for outdoor settings, bathrooms, and residential interiors. NM3 and QuadroDesign introduced the piece through the "One Size Fits All" campaign photographed by Louis De Belle, demonstrating its adaptability across creative studios and lived-in domestic spaces. The project nods to the brands' shared focus on industrial craftsmanship, lightweight construction, and functional minimalist furniture.
