Collaborative Rice Burgers

Mos Burger x Dassai Introduces Four Exclusive Rice Burgers

Mos Burger x Dassai introduces a limited-edition range of rice burgers to the fast food chain that are full of unique textures and flavors. While three of the burgers can be found in Taiwan, just one burger will be available in Singapore and Hong Kong. There's a plain grilled eel rice burger with soy-based sauce and plenty of fresh flavors, as well as the pink Sakura Mochi Style Rice Burger, which is a dessert burger inspired by cherry blossom mochi.

On the menu, there's also the Fried Seafood Tempura Rice Burger which mixed seafood and veggies, including a spear of asparagus.

The collaboration is also introducing a drink with grapefruit and Dassai amazake sauce. Due to the exclusive nature of the collab, the drink will be on the menu at Hong Kong and Taiwan.
