Two new Modern Table pastas have been unveiled by the brand to offer consumers a meal option that's free from unwanted dairy for vegetarian or vegans to appreciate. The new varieties in the Sauce & Pasta line include the Creamy Parmesan & Herb Style and the Creamy Alfredo Style, which are both achieved with lentil-based pasta for complete vegan protein. The pastas are both gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified and certified vegan to boot.
The new Modern Table pastas contain between 15 and 16 grams of protein per serving, and feature non essential amino acids and a profile that's low o the glycemic index. This positions the pasta as being a perfect convenient meal option for consumers to naturally enhance their lunch or dinnertime.
