Bonchou Eclairerie Makes Bite-Sized, Clean-Ingredient Artisan Pastries

Bonchou Eclairerie is an artisan pastry company that is now making low-calorie, bite-sized authentic French Mini Eclairs with all-natural ingredients.

The Bonchou Mini Eclair is produced in flavors like Chocolate, Coffee and Salted Caramel and positioned as a guilt-free indulgence that can be enjoyed at any time of the day—not just a special occasion. While the eclair recipe is an authentic Parisian one that was passed down for generations, the pastries favor clean ingredient inclusions like hormone-free milk, cage-free eggs, cane sugar and 72% Belgian bittersweet chocolate. The treats are sold in boxes of six that are frozen so that the products may be individually thawed for eating.

Bonchou Eclairerie is also introducing three new flavors (Peanut Butter, Coconut and Sesame Butter) that will exclusively be available for order through Amazon.
