With that said, the Melchior Only Watch by MB&F is a true achievement featuring 50 jewels in its composition, able to run up to 40 days on internal power reserves and features 480 total parts.

With only 100 in production, all but one have been scooped up, which will go to auction for charity to benefit research on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
