Perfect for busy mornings, the new Mediterranean Breakfast Burrito combines classic Mediterranean ingredients in the form of a portable handheld wrap. Inside you'll find spinach, eggs, feta cheese, avocado, and fresh green tomatillo salsa.
Alongside the new Mediterranean Breakfast Burrito, you'll find other summery Mediterranean-inspired dishes, such as the tangy Antipasto Salad, the rich Minestrone Soup, and the refreshing Blueberry Basil Lemonade. As Salad and Go's Co-Founder and Executive Chef, Daniel Patino, explains, “Inspired by a past summer I spent abroad in Italy, I wanted to bring something to our menu that would invite our guests to experience the rich and bold flavors of the Mediterranean."
