Far from the traditional slice of lime and salted rim, this margarita garnish may leave some feeling squeamish. Australian bar Faro Tapas serves a margarita that is topped with a feral pig's eyeball.
Located inside the Museum of Old and New Art, the new restaurant offers "all the usual stuff you'd expect from a Spanish bar in a museum wing named after a Greek lighthouse: tapas and share plates galore." In addition to serving black margaritas with pig eyeball garnishes and a black salt rim, the chaotic establishment also has bull eyes inside ice balls and a machine for slicing up pigs. On the other hand, Faro Tapas also has incredible decor and pink sangria.
