This example of deli shop design includes decidedly upscale accents such as marble windows that uplevel the entire consumer experience. Located in the Greek city of Heraklion, ZAKA’S store is a tiny cafe serving up high quality teas, coffee, pastries and other snacks. A variety of stool seating around the space give consumers the option of which streetscape they can relax and observe, given that ZAKA'S store is situated on a corner plot.
Designed by MANOUSOS LEONTARAKIS & ASSOCIATES, the tiny retail cafe is only 31-square-meters and is generally very simple in its inception. Overall, the cafe is defined by its clean lines, neutral earth tones and generally well-lit space featuring LED technology in its lighting system. The bakery is a must-try if you are in the city of Heraklion.
