High-Rise Villa Housing Typologies

Hooba Design Group Designs the Marbella Residential Complex

Architecture firm Hooba Design Group has presented a look at the plans for the Marbella Residential Complex. It will be a series of stacked villas nestled in Kelarabad, Iran with the goal of creating a more sustainable option for a classic apartment block. The complex by the team will feature high-rise villas that are inspired by regional architecture and environmental laws.

The studio shares, "The residential pattern has changed from an apartment pattern to high-rise villas in such a way that a villa with its own typology can be formed on any plot of land. The expansion of this typology is in search of an alternative method of construction in this geography of Iran, based on the local knowledge of the region itself."
