Swerve is adding to its line of premium, carb-conscious cake, cookie, pancake and waffle mixes with an all-new low-carb brownie mix. The new treat is not just free from added sugar but also keto-friendly and made without gluten or grains. In place of sugar, the product features the brand's signature zero-calorie sugar replacement, so that the Swerve-sweetened treat gets its flavor partially from a combination of erythritol, prebiotic fiber and citrus.
The non-GMO brownie mix is made with a base of blanched almond flour and organic coconut flour, plus cocoa, tapioca starch and a few other essential ingredients. Preparing the low-carb brownies is easy, and the mix only needs to be combined with a few fresh ingredients like eggs, oil and water in a prepared pan.
