No matter how well you know yourself, it is not always easy to craft a succinct dating profile that perfectly captures one's essence—as such, the Lively app recently introduced a new feature called 'Quickies.'
Lively was first launched as a dating app of a different kind that helps people connect via video profiles. Now, users are able to send Snapchat-inspired Quickies to one another. Users are able to choose from different Quickies to share, such as a humblebrag, a 'Never Have I Ever' or even #TBT throwback content. Lively app users are able to send three Quickies per day, which may be added to their public profile after sending to give other users a better sense of their personality.
Receiving a Quickie simulates the feel of following a person on social media, leaving users with the choice to engage with another Lively app user or not, based on what they choose to share.
