In honor of National Ketchup Day, Pringles set up a ketchup slip-and-slide to celebrate and launch its newest flavor.
As a popular Canadian snack food, it was surprising that Pringles didn't release a ketchup-flavored chip sooner, but in true ketchup-bottle-fashion, we got more than we bargained for when it did arrive. To honor the special day, Pringles set up a ketchup slip-and-slide where daring guests had to suit up in a yellow protective suit and throw themselves down a ketchup-filled slippery slide. Those who participated in the slide got their name entered in a draw for $1,000 and had the opportunity to participate in breaking the world record for most Canadians to slide down a ketchup slip-and-slide.
