The owners of the house are two real estate agents, who absolutely love modern architecture, but wanted to make the most out of their locations natural elements. As such the building uses very earth-like tones, and the windows also help to blend the interior and exterior of the house well, so that people don't feel cut off while inside. The house also has a pool in the front, so individuals can cool off from the hot Arizona climate and enjoy the views too.
